1.Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Clear Tribe Solutions LLC ("KarmaCart," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our website, browser extension and related services (the "Service").
2.Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, sign-in method, the cause you select, your settings, and anything you send us when you contact support. Charity partners also provide organization details, contact information and payout details.
Purchase information: when you shop through KarmaCart, stores and affiliate networks tell us the store, order date, order amount, commission and order status (for example, confirmed or returned). We do not receive your payment card details.

Device and usage information: browser type, extension version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages you visit on our website and how you interact with the Service.
3.How the extension works
The extension checks the website address of the page you are on so it can tell whether the store participates in KarmaCart. On participating store sites, it may read the cart and checkout page, such as the items, subtotal and whether a code field is present, so it can show and apply deals and confirm that a purchase happened.
The extension does not read or collect the content of pages on sites that do not participate, and it does not collect passwords, payment card numbers, messages or keystrokes. We do not keep a history of the non-participating sites you visit.
4.How we use information
We use information to: provide and improve the Service; find and apply deals; track purchases and commissions; calculate and make donations to your cause; show your savings and giving history; send account and donation notifications and, if you opt in, a monthly impact email; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
7.Your choices and rights
You can update your account details and settings at any time, turn off deal pop-ups, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and delete your account in Settings.
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. To make a request, visit Your Privacy Choices or email hello@karmacart.app. We will verify your request before acting on it.
8.How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within [90] days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, such as donation records.
9.Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Chrome Web Store disclosure
KarmaCart’s use of information received through the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use extension data only to provide and improve KarmaCart’s single purpose of finding deals and funding donations, and do not use or transfer it for advertising, credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
